Vice President DirectorHandaka Santosa, an Indonesian citizen, born in 1956. His appointment as Director of the Company is pursuant to Deed of Minutes of Meeting No. 106 dated August 18th, 2021. He concurrently serves as Director at PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk since 2018, a member of the top management team at SOGO Indonesia and President Commissioner of PT Map Boga Adiperkasa Tbk. Prior to his role in the Company, he was once Chief Executive Officer of Senayan City, Indonesia, for the period of 2005-2014, an Independent Commissioner at PT Alfa Retailindo Tbk in 2008-2011, Vice President Director of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk for the period of 2010-2013, former Commissioner of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk in 2014-2018, and former Commissioner of the Company in 2019. Including being Director at Gajah Mada Plaza between 1981-1988. Besides, he also took several roles in prominent organizations, including Expert Staff of the National Craft Council of DKI Jakarta Province (2022-now), Head of the Standing Committee of Development of Regional Products and Commodity for Indonesian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (2021-now), Chairman of Indonesian Global Brand Merchants Association (2021-now), Chairman of Indonesia Shopping Centres Management Association (2012-2015), Advisor to Indonesia Retail Merchants Association (2011- 2015), Executive member of the National Consumer Protection Agency (2009-2012), General Secretary and Chairman of the Association of Indonesian Retailers (2000- 2008), and many other organizations. He has a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Diponegoro University, Semarang, Indonesia, in 1981.

He joined in PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPI) since 1995, and since 2004 until present, he has occupied strategic positions, including Director of the Company, and holds other key positions at MAPI’s Subsidiaries. His professional career began at PT Mitra Prima in 1989 where he served as Advisor, and Advisor at MAPI in 1995. Being an inspiring leader to the MAPI Group, he was a finalist of Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of The Year” Award in 2007 and honoured with CNBC “11th Asia Business Leaders Award” in 2012 and 2015. He earned his Master of Business Administration from United Kingdom, and a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Law & Commerce, both from India. In 2023, he received an Honorary Degree D.Litt. (Honoris Causa) from IIS University, Jaipur. He has no affiliate relationship with other members of the Board of Directors and members of the Board of Commissioners, but he has affiliate relationship with the Main or Controlling Shareholders. He has concurrent positions as Vice President Director of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk.

DirectorMiquel Rodrigo Staal, a Dutch citizen, born in 1982. He serves as a Director of the Company since 2018. Prior to his role at the Company, he was Head of Corporate Finance at PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk in 2013 and Head of Investor Relations at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk in 2007. Independent CommissionerHendry Hasiholan Batubara, an Indonesian citizen, born in 1957. Previously he was a Commissioner of MAPI since 2018 to May 2023. Served as an Unaffiliated Director of MAPI since June 2010 to June 2011. Following that, he serves as a Director of MAPI since June 2011 to May 2018. Concurrently, Hendry Hasiholan Batubara is also the President Director of PT Sumarco Makmun Indah. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Politics from University of Indonesia, in 1982.

Teddy Setiady, an Indonesian citizen born in 1983. His service as the Head of Internal Audit Unit started on 28 May 2021, based on SK No.03/SK-DIR/MAA/ IV/2021. He serves as Senior Manager Internal Audit and Risk Management MAPA since November 2018 until now. Prior to joining in MAPA, he served as Group Internal Audit Manager of PT Multitrend Indo – Kanmo Group in 2016-2018, Internal Audit and Risk Management Manager of PT Tunas Ridean Tbk – Jardine Group in 2015-2016, Group Audit and Risk Advisory – Senior Analyst at PT Astra International Tbk – Jardine Group in 2012-2015, and IT Audit Coordinator at PT Federal International Finance – Astra Financial Services in 2006-2011. He earned a bachelor’s degree in information system from Bina Nusantara University in 2005 and a Master of Business Administration from IPMI Business Schoool – Jakarta in 2013. He has also earned CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) in 2021.

She then pursued a career at PT Catur Swasakti Utama by serving as Secretary to CEO of Taman Rasuna Apartment (1993-1994), also at PT Mercurindo Cita Murni (1994-2000), and Image Marketing Communication (2000- 2002) both at public relations sector. In 2002, she joined in PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk as Advertising & Promotion Manager of Golf Division (2002-2005), Manager Assistant Group Head of Investor Relations (2005-2009), Manager – Corporate Secretary Division (2009-2010), Senior Manager – Corporate Secretary Division (2010-2015), as well as Division Manager – Corporate Secretary Division (2015-2019). She finished her study at Academy of Secretary of Tarakanita Jakarta, Indonesia in 1990 and participated in some short courses and trainings, among which were Group Diploma Public Relations by London School of Public Relations, Jakarta – Indonesia (2000-2001), Workshop of PR Certified on Executive Professional Development by Public Relations Society Indonesia (2010), as well as GRI-based Sustainability Report – Certified (2013).
