The Company conducted an initial public offering of 427,560,000 (four hundred twenty-seven million five hundred sixty thousand) shares representing 15.00% of the issued and paid-up capital. Company shares with a nominal value of Rp100.- per share were offered to the public at an offering price of Rp2,100.- per share on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) listed since July 5, 2018. The initial public offering of shares is documented in the Effective Statement Letter from the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority No. S-78/D.04/2018 dated June 28, 2018, and Deed No. 2 dated April 6, 2018, executed before Dr. Isyana Wisnuwardhani Sadjarwo, S.H., Notary in Jakarta.

The Company then issued new shares from treasury stock amounting to 42,840,000 (forty two million eight hundred forty thousand) shares or 1.50% of the paid-up capital for members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors, and key management through the Management Incentive Plan (MIP) Program. Furthermore, 142,520,000 (one hundred forty-two million five hundred twenty thousand) shares or equivalent to 5.0% of the total issued and paid-up capital were issued under the Management and Employee Stock Option Program (MESOP). However, the MESOP program has not yet been offered to management and employees, where the distribution period for MESOP ended in April 2023.

On July 17, 2023, the Company implemented a stock split with a ratio of 1:10, resulting in a change in the nominal value of shares from Rp100,-/share to Rp10,-/share and the total shares from 2,850,400,000 shares to 28,504,000,000 shares. The stock split was approved by Company shareholders as decided in the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 20, 2023. The application for additional share listing related to the stock split has been approved by the Indonesia Stock Exchange through Note No. S-05271/BEI.PP2/07-2023 dated July 5, 2023.
