Staff Day Office 2019

With the theme of “Outperform 2019”, MAPA organized one of Employee Engagement Program for MAA Office Employee last year of 2019. Attended by 500 staffs across level, we celebrate the year of Achievement and Empowerment. The main agenda was to give the most recognition for the Outperform Employees by gave them the Awards and to remind that we strive together to achieve the ultimate goal. Not only the award for the best performers, we also share the awards for those whose spent 10 & 20 years of service working at MAP Active. The program was prepared to share the fun and entertainment too, including MAA Got Talent Show where each department was performing musical dance and show. Not to mention the most awaited event, where staffs got the chance to win interesting doorprize and grand prizes. We also put the dresscodewith the single theme of “Sporty 80’s” and we can’t help to resist ourselves that everyone were dress up spectacularly. Here are the happy faces we’d like to share with you.

Staff Day OPERATIONS 2019

Not only Office Staff that got the chance to celebrate the Day of recognition and achievement, but the Operations/Floor team also spent, not only 1-day, but 3-day Full of Staff Day held at Dunia Fantasi, Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. These event dedicated to all Staff from Operations Jabodetabek and attended by approximately 3000 employees. This event also became the medium of large gathering, talent show and filled with surprise, as many employee also received door prize prepared at the venue. Here are the glimpse of joy those days:

Running Events

During 2019, MAPA Employee has registered to around 19 Running Race and followed by 941 runners on those event. The most famous one was New Balance Run that was held by MAPA and registered more than 450 runners from MAPA alone. Along with our vision, to bring healthy lifestyle for all customer & employee, this activity serve employee’s in maintaining their health and being the part of our Running Community, Planet Sports Asia Runners.

Weekly Badminton

Apart from Regular Running Events, we also held a regular Badminton for another option of sports. Here, all MAPA employee (both Office or Operations staff) are free to come every Friday at Supreme Arena Badminton (Karet, Central Jakarta) to play Badminton from 6 pm to 12 pm. We even once invite the Badminton Legend Couple, Alan Budikusuma and Susi Susanti (also as the founder of Astec brand) to come and gave the exclusive coaching session to play Badminton with fellow employees.

One of the Annual event that we never miss is celebrating Indonesia’s Independence Day as we usually called it 17-Agustus event. We gather at 26th floor from across departments and we held Indonesia’s Independence Commemoration ceremony. Afterwards, we prepared many games and activities for employee with special Dresscode of Patriotism and Costume Competition too. The games always has its signature of special game that we called 17-an games which usually Indonesian very familiar with the type of games. Nevertheless, we never missed out the fun and the unity.

YEAR END LUNCH

Before closing the year of 2019, MAPA Employee got the chance to gather again and Office treat for Employee’s Lunch Meal with the taste of Christmas vibe, many activities and games also prepared for employees. As the December is usually identical with Gift Exchange, all of Employee also got the chance to participate on Gift Exchange. Small activities matters the most to us as we show our care towards one another. The year was close beautifully with sparks festive day.

BUKA BERSAMA 2019

Ramadhan also became one of annual event that regularly organized by HR. We gather with all employee and share the mid-year performance review, including sharing what’s been achieved throughout the year. All employee got the chance to witness and had the dialogue with the leaders on how the organization’s going. We close the evening with breakfast together and pray.
