Whistleblowing System
The Company provides a channel or violation reporting system (whistleblowing system/WBS) that can be used by all employees to report suspected violations that occur within the organization, including theft, harassment, bullying, document forgery, and other ethical violations. Reporters can submit their reports via the hotline or email channels that have been prepared by the Company. In this regard, the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity and the content of the report is guaranteed. The Company also ensures the safety of the reporter from intimidation, dismissal, discrimination, or any other harmful actions that may arise from their report.
All reports received in the whistleblower system are validated by the Compliance and Internal Audit Division. Subsequently, all valid reports will be classified into 5 (five) types, namely Human Rights, Code of Conduct, Criminal, Inventory Loss, and Fraud. Each case classification is forwarded to the designated Division to handle the case according to the Whistleblower system SOP. During 2023, the Company did not receive any complaints through the violation reporting system.
